We founded 5CA with a simple idea: bring multilingual customer support to worldwide brands and give people everywhere the opportunity to work with them.
The Netherlands, 1998 — Our stalwart leader Otto spotted an opportunity to establish a unique customer service BPO offering brands support from native language experts who knew and loved their products — our Fans of Brands.
In 2005, we kickstarted our revolutionary work-from-home journey — long before many companies even dreamed of it.
By 2015, we were operating through a 100% remote operating model, with 95% of our worldwide staff working from home by 2019.
From our humble beginnings in Utrecht, the Netherlands, our adventures have taken us worldwide. While our HQ is still in Utrecht, our workforce now spans 95 countries — all thanks to our pioneering WFH approach.
We champion the remote lifestyle, but our modernized Utrecht HQ is our beating heart. Our main office is minutes from Utrecht’s historic city center and footsteps from its famous canals. We have yummy lunches, foosball, and a super friendly team — what could be better?
